Our 4-Step Landscape Design Process

Design Concept Plan

We study your garden/site and come up with our proposal and concept plan. An overall plan of the garden, images of the key landscape design elements, samples of materials and recommended plant species are provide to our clients with a visual image of the new garden.

Development Application

Large structures or structures connected to the main dwelling usually require council approval. An application is prepared once the Concept Plan is completed and submitted to the local council.

Construction Documentation

When the Concept Plan is complete a detailed construction budget is provided. Detailed plans are then developed for the structural elements (planting, lighting, etc.). We fully customize the materials used for the project based on client’s choices.

Construction Quotation

When drawings are complete a final construction quote is prepared for the installation of the new garden.
